Empowered Aging Ltd. was founded on a simple belief: sustainable growth happens when organizations operate with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
After more than 15 years helping companies at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and aging scale their impact, David Stoller founded Empowered Aging to bring that experience to organizations ready to grow — but in need of structure, systems, and leadership alignment to get there.
Throughout his career, David has built teams, frameworks, and performance models that transform complexity into clarity. His passion lies in helping mission-driven companies strengthen their operations, align their people, and build customer relationships that last.
